How will you, Love God’s Creation?
I love God’s creation many ways. First, I see the beauty and complexity in life, all the variety God gave us. God didn’t just want us to have one type of lion or racoon but several different types of the same species in different places. God did the same for humans, animals, trees, flowers, fruit and vegetables. Many different types. As a creator God made wonderful animals large and small and with such a variety. It is easy for me to love God’s animals, they are grand in their design and made by our creator. I try to love God’s creation by giving donations to many different agencies that work to protect nature and animals. I work with other people to improve the lives of animals that are living in zoos and circus’s by advocating for their placement into well run sanctuaries that let the animals be as God designed them to be, free, natural and using their natural instincts. My biggest accomplishment thus far helped an African Elephant, named Maggie, who was living alone in a zoo in Alaska stuck inside because of the cold, long, dark winters. Now Maggie lives a much better life with other elephants at a elephant sanctuary in California where she can be outside and live a more normal elephant life. Another big job I’ve been working on with a handful of other people is trying to get the State of Alaska to stop it’s predator control program, killing wolves from helicopters and killing mother and baby bears in their dens for no other reason in that human’s don’t want competition in finding a moose to hunt. Although Alaskan’s have voted three times to end Alaska’s Predator Control Program the State continues to kill our wildlife, so this fight continues. Working to help animals is important to me. I share God’s love of animals and I hope you do also. Please tell us your projects and accomplishments on how you Love God’s Creation!
